Das Drosselkit ist passgenau für die Modelle von Aprilia (speziell für RSV4 1000, RSV4 1000 R) ab Baujahr 2011 - entwickelt worden. Durch die Montage wird das Fahrzeug präzise auf 70 kW und eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 252 km/h gedrosselt. Damit ist das Motorrad optimal auf die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen der jeweiligen Führerscheinklasse (z.B. A2 oder Mofa-Prüfbescheinigung) vorbereitet.

Functionality & Technical Details

Die Leistungsreduzierung ist materialschonend und perfekt auf die jeweilige Motorkonfiguration abgestimmt. Je nach Modellvariante und Abgasnorm (Euro 3, Euro 4 oder Euro 5) wird die Drosselung entweder mechanically (z.B. über einen Gaswegbegrenzer, Drosselblenden im Ansaugtrakt oder Drosselscheiben) oder electronic (über eine Steuerbox, ein programmiertes Ersatzsteuergerät oder einen Eingriff in das elektronische Ride-by-Wire-System) gelöst. Dadurch bleibt der harmonische Motorlauf deines Motorrads voll erhalten und Schäden durch zu mageren Lauf oder unkontrollierte Verbrennung werden ausgeschlossen.

Wichtiger Hinweis zum Bestellablauf:
Das Gutachten wird auf die 17-stellige Fahrgestellnummer (FIN) deines Fahrzeugs ausgestellt. Bitte gib diese unbedingt im Bestellvorgang an. Nach dem fachgerechten Einbau führst du das Fahrzeug zusammen mit dem Gutachten bei einer Prüfstelle vor, um die Änderung abnehmen und in die Fahrzeugpapiere eintragen zu lassen.

Tipp bei fabrikneuen Fahrzeugen (Euro 4/5): Zuerst mit den originalen COC-Daten erstzulassen und die Änderung erst danach eintragen lassen. Wird das Fahrzeug VOR der Erstzulassung umgebaut, können die dabei gespeicherten Schlüsselnummern/EG-Fahrzeugklassen nicht mehr zur Modifikation passen.
