Das Drosselkit ist passgenau für die Modelle von tiglio (speziell für Monster 900) entwickelt worden. Durch die Montage wird das Fahrzeug präzise auf 35 kW gedrosselt. Damit ist das Motorrad optimal auf die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen der jeweiligen Führerscheinklasse (z.B. A2 oder Mofa-Prüfbescheinigung) vorbereitet.

Je nach Modellvariante und Abgasnorm (Euro 3, Euro 4 oder Euro 5) wird die Drosselung entweder meccanicamente (z.B. über einen Gaswegbegrenzer, Drosselblenden im Ansaugtrakt oder Drosselscheiben) oder elettronico (über eine Steuerbox, ein programmiertes Ersatzsteuergerät oder einen Eingriff in das elektronische Ride-by-Wire-System) gelöst. Dadurch bleibt der harmonische Motorlauf deines Motorrads voll erhalten und Schäden durch zu mageren Lauf oder unkontrollierte Verbrennung werden ausgeschlossen.
