Dieser professionelle Drosselsatz ermöglicht eine zuverlässige und gesetzlich konforme Leistungsreduzierung für dein Motorrad. Das Drosselkit ist passgenau für die Modelle von Aprilia (speziell für SXR 50) entwickelt worden.

Questo prodotto è per il produttore Aprilia, compatibile con i modelli SXR 50. Uno Omologazione del componente (TTG) ist im Lieferumfang enthalten – die EU-Typgenehmigung ersetzt das frühere Teilegutachten.

Funzionalità e dettagli tecnici

Die Leistungsreduzierung ist materialschonend und perfekt auf die jeweilige Motorkonfiguration abgestimmt. Je nach Modellvariante und Abgasnorm (Euro 3, Euro 4 oder Euro 5) wird die Drosselung entweder meccanicamente (z.B. über einen Gaswegbegrenzer, Drosselblenden im Ansaugtrakt oder Drosselscheiben) oder elettronico (über eine Steuerbox, ein programmiertes Ersatzsteuergerät oder einen Eingriff in das elektronische Ride-by-Wire-System) gelöst. Dadurch bleibt der harmonische Motorlauf deines Motorrads voll erhalten und Schäden durch zu mageren Lauf oder unkontrollierte Verbrennung werden ausgeschlossen.

Teiletypgenehmigung (TTG) & Einbau

Questo prodotto viene fornito con un Omologazione del componente (TTG) geliefert. Die TTG ist eine EU-weite Typgenehmigung für das Bauteil und löst seit dem 20.06.2025 das frühere Teilegutachten ab. Der Umbau ist damit über die Typgenehmigung abgedeckt – eine gesonderte TÜV-Einzelabnahme nach §19 entfällt in der Regel. Der Nachweis ist im Fahrzeug mitzuführen; bitte beachte die in der Genehmigung genannten Auflagen und Montagehinweise.

Tipp bei fabrikneuen Fahrzeugen (Euro 4/5): Zuerst mit den originalen COC-Daten erstzulassen und die Änderung erst danach eintragen lassen. Wird das Fahrzeug VOR der Erstzulassung umgebaut, können die dabei gespeicherten Schlüsselnummern/EG-Fahrzeugklassen nicht mehr zur Modifikation passen.
